Gibbs is not good, yes against weaker opponents our defense has looked better than in the past but a lot of our woes is from our defense folding like a cheap card table in the second half. Apparently he game plans well enough to have success int he second half but is unable to adjust in game when the second half adjustments are made by the other team.

I will give him credit on turnovers gained and an improvement in rushing defense, other than that this defense is pure garbage, and the only reason that is as good is because of a couple of players and everyone has so much more success passing they don't need to run the ball. He is average at best.
Additionally he is horrible when speaking in public, and lacks the polish to be a head coach. Look how he jumped on Drew Kohnle, you cant be that way and be a P5 head coach even if they deserve it. You can do it if your Saban but Gibbs is no Saban.
When discussing a tribute for Spike everyone was up in arms about "Celebrating Mediocrity" and he was not worthy of any statues, ring of honor or similar tributes. Calling Gibbs mediocre would be giving him far too much credit.
