BREAKING NEWS: Delvon Simmons has chosen Texas Tech

Just got confirmation from McKeesport (Pa.) head coach Jim Ward that Delvon Simmons has decided to go with Texas Tech. Coach Ward said that they just contacted those necessary at Tech to let them know of Delvon's decision this morning.



Simmons has signed financial-aid paperwork and faxed it to Texas Tech this morning, and his family has been in contact with the staff in Lubbock to confirm his decision. As previously mentioned, no LOI will be signed, but Delvon is as much of a Red Raider at this point as is possible.
