So, I was surprised that we and Texas are in the same bracket at the CWS. It seems like the SEC teams are always placed where there can be an all-SEC final but Big 12 teams not so much.
Is it standard practice when two teams from the same conference are in the CWS to place them in the same bracket? I know the SEC has more teams in than us this year, but that certainly hasn't always been the case.
Just wondering if any knows what the generally accepted practice is here.
