With basketball now over and no spring football yet, it’s officially somewhat of a dead season Tech sports wise (I know baseball is going on, just doesn’t excite me as much as bball or football).

I’ve been on a bourbon journey for about 6-8 months now, and it’s gotten a bit out of control, so I need your advice on my next steps. Here’s my list of the bottles I have in about the order that I’ve purchased them:

Buffalo Trace- my gateway
Michter’s Small Batch
Garrison Honeydew (did the tour)
Weller SR
Old Forester 86
4 Roses SiB
WR Double Oaked
Old Forester 100
WT Rare Breed
Elijah Craig small batch
Old Forester 1910
Chattanooga Cask 111
Michter’s SiB Rye
1792 Small batch
OGD 114
WT 101
Sagamore Double Oak
Early Times BIB
Smokewagon
Redwood Empire lost monarch
JD Barrel Proof
Penelope architect
Knob Creek 9 SiB
Michter’s Sour Mash

I guess so far, my palette tends to like anything Brown Foreman, Wild Turkey, and Michter’s. I also have had a handful of pours of Eagle Rare at a restaurant we regularly visit, and it’s outstanding!

My question is, where do I go from here? Any suggestions from those who have a similar palette? Many of the bottles have lots of juice still in them, so I obviously need to keep trying what I have, but am I missing something that you guys would say is a must have?
