Black cop kills white man and my first reaction is to side with the cop. Doesn't matter the race, I think most cops are good and are trying to do the right thing. Of course, if later I'm presented with evidence to the contrary, I will adjust my opinion and will want to see the cop charged. However, until I see that evidence, I'm siding with the cop. I think I'm pretty consistent on things like this.
Furthermore, for the life of me, I don't understand why a person who has a cop telling him to lie down flat on his stomach would do anything other than to lie down flat on his stomach. You have to know that doing otherwise is telling the cop you are a punk. Anybody think differently?
