Good Lord, what everyone is missing is that this consolidation is essentially creating a HUGE opportunity for a new player to emerge with a larger share of the market by taking everything else available for a fraction of the cost of what Disney is paying.
NetFlix/Hulu/Google, somebody like this….needs to act quick and get these properties for a fraction of the cost and promote the hell out of it. Most of America is attached to the remaining schools, not those hand picked by Disney.
