The latest lawsuit numbers I had seen is that Baylor had 52 rape cases pinned against their football players. For this, and for other reasons, they received a $2 Million fine from the Big 12. That equals out to be $38,000 per rape accusation.
Meanwhile, Texas Tech was fined $25,000 when one of its fans was punched by a West Virginia basketball player.
1 rape accusation = $38,000 fine.
1 instance of rushing the court = $25,000 fine.
So, in the Big 12's eyes, a fan rushing the court is almost as bad as rape. About 2/3s as bad, to be precise.
