Why would the Big 12 make it possible, even if unlikely, for any team to play 5 games in 5 nights? If I read correctly... 1st nite, 4 games between 9-16 seeds. 2nd nite, 5-8 seeds vs winners. 3rd nite, 1-4 seeds (after 2 byes) vs winners to get to semis. At least let the 5-8 seeds host the first two rounds and rest two days before having the 8 remaining teams go to KC.
If by some miracle a Cinderella makes it, they'll have to play 5 days in a row. They'll be exhausted, cramping, and someone is going to get hurt. That's BS. Imagine a 9-16 seed playing a 4th straight nights vs a 1st or 2nd seed, for the right to advance to the 5th night. They'd have to play subs most of the game for a national TV audience.
