WSJ article says 50% of New Mexico oil production is effected and it amounts to one third of revenue in state of New Mexico. Did not know that much of New Mexico oil was on government owned land. Don't think Texas has a significant amount of oil production on government owned land.
Biden has New Mexico oil patch shut down right now.
