Our last possession was a real gut check. We get the ball on our own 10 yard line with just over 5 minutes left. WV has two time outs left and we will have to punt in to a strong breeze.
This offense made 3 crucial first downs and got the ball near midfield. It made WV use its remaining timeouts, got the ball to near midfield. Left WV 45 seconds and needing to 80 yards with no timeouts. Did this with a new QB starting his first game, a true freshmen rb with no backup, and almost an all freshmen receiving group. What a clutch 35 yard drive when everyone knew you were going to try and run the ball.
