Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in August. Planning a trip to Belize for 4 or 5 days. Have a trip to the Mayan ruins on the list of things to do. Any other recommendations would be appreciated. Places to stay, dining, etc. Thinking of fishing ( neither of us are great fisherman ) so a guide rec from those that have fished. Probably not deep sea, but around the reefs.
