The weekend after my 40th (which happens to be Memorial Day weekend) we are going to go on a long weekend barbecue trip. The plan is to do Pecan Lodge on Wednesday before we leave Dallas. On Thursday, drive to Louie Mueller's in Taylor for a late (1-2'ish) lunch. Franklin's on Friday for the 1st time. Snow's early on Saturday, then drive to Tyler and go to Stanley's, and then finish at Lake Athens for Sunday and Monday morning.

Anybody have any suggested changes/additions? Any general suggestions for the places listed?
