Thinking about buying some rental properties for passive income and to write off my trips to LBK for games. I was thinking stuff in Tech Terrace because that is where I lived during school and always seemed to be the hot area. However, I have been gone a long time so was wondering if anyone knew what people are paying for rent in SFR's these days? Tech Terrace still cool place to be?
