General premise being look at the department as a whole or a pie. How much value or % does Rrs look at football versus the other sports pertaining to importance.
Some maybe think football is 100% most important and for that hocutt has an F.
But other may think that football, basketball and baseball are 30% each and the other sports collectively are 10%.
Some maybe think they are all equal and Hocutt should be graded equally by sport.
Post your %’s of the pie and overall the Hocutt grade based off your pie. IE- don’t say football is 70% of the pie but since were killing it at baseball and very good at basketball, he gets an A. Be fair about it.
