Assistant coaches

I may be wrong in this belief but I worry about some of the position coaches we have hired. I know we hired a bunch of good recruiters like Juice but to use him as an example, he was not a WRs coach and hired to replace EJ because of his recruiting ability. But since coming here we have struggled with our receivers. I know that is in part due to the OC but just noticing that our worst year for WRs was his first year as the coach of receivers. But it seems that in position coaches we hire people for recruiting instead of being able to develop.
