Have a Day!

Was at the game but just rewatched this am - of the many things I missed at the game, what stood out to me most is how well coached we are in comparison to previous years.

OL: Against heisman trophy candidate Ed Oliver and a very decent UH DL, I dont believe we had any sacks and our Frosh QB was able to go through his progessions. Even more impressive - we played most of the game w/o 2 starters.

RB: Level mentioned earlier to look out for Henry but man he came on strong as the game progressed. The running game could’ve been better but we still had >100 yard rusher. Again - he’s the # 3 guy in the rotation (although perhaps not after this game).

Receivers: dropped a few we shouldve had but obviously had a record day. Their route running and they way they come back to ball I havent seen in recent previous years. Bowman had a great day - but his receivers made some pretty amazing catches along the way.

DL: The depth is impressive. We had several guys come off the field and just plugged and played with the next man up.

Secondary: gave up big numbers but I’ve gotta feeling baby briles is gonna do that everyone on their schedule. And again, missing Johnson was huge.

It took him 5 years, but I certainly like the coaching staff KK’s put together.
