...while I celebrate one of life’s milestones.
As you can see, I am not a prolific poster. Over 15 years, I’ve posted less than 2000 times and initiated less than a handful. But I enjoy my time spent on here, and wanted to let you guys in on the fact that today my wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. I met her a couple of years following my 1967 graduation from Tech while I was in the Air Force, and we were married in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan (on the Upper Peninsula) on April 25, 1970. Fifty years later, she still lights up my life.
We spent the momentous occasion getting takeout from a local restaurant, and watching a movie on TV. It was fun, and we really don’t need a specific date on the calendar to enjoy each other’s company and all of life’s rich blessings. Our kids and grandkids can celebrate with us when the current situation shakes out.
Thanks, and Guns Up! Stay well, stay safe, and stay free!
