Anyone on here get sick from the new type shingles shot?

Realize this is an over 50 thing. Did not get sick from the one I had 6 years ago but these are supposedly stronger. Thinking about waiting until next Monday so I will not be sick over the weekend. I had a flu shot last Thursday and they told me to wait one week. My sister told me a friend of hers got very sick.
