Anyone looking to hire HR/admin assistant/trainer person in Houston

I have a friend, 25 years old, who's moving from Tucson to Houston in early February 2009. She's a Tech grad and after spending a year working in Arizona she's ready to come back to Texas. Her degree is in Comm. Studies and she's a really smart gal. She'd prefer to do human resources, administrative assistance or some variation where she can help in an office environment.
