Anyone ever bought meat from Double T Meat Co./Raider Red Meats?

Any suggestions for seasonings and cuts/types of meat? Going up to Lubbock Sunday to watch Beard & Co. whoop up on Grambling State and want to pickup some gifts for the meat lovers in my family. Does anyone solely purchase meat from them?
