Anybody here work for State Farm?

Lady hit my car, along with two others, in Fort Worth this morning. Beginning the process of going through her insurance (State Farm). Called State Farm national hotline and filed a claim. Got a claim number but nothing else. I’ve never been in an auto accident. Anybody here work for State Farm and can offer some tips?
