My daughter is getting her first learners permit drivers license. She has completed the instruction and test, but can't get an appointment until mid-January at the Carrollton office. Any recommendations about a minimum wait for a walk-in would be appreciated.
Any recommendations for a DMV walk-in appt. for a first time Dr. Lic. in North Dallas, Collin, etc.
