Another SUV thread

My wife and I are looking at mid sized SUVs. I like the Acura MDX, but, the wife is OK with a Pilot, or Highlander. So, what are your thoughts, is the higher price tag worth it for the MDX? I'm approaching retirement, and expect to have this purchase until they take my keys away. Thanks
