So last night was the first time ever for Tech to have beaten a Top 5 opponent on the road. At first I didn’t think that sounded right when I read it, but it appears to be true.
Congrats Coach! First Elite 8, First Final Four, First NC game, and I’m sure there is a list of other firsts.
Apparently life without Burnett and Ntambwe is going to be fine. The offense seems to have found its stride much like the 2019 team did around this time. Only concern I’ve got is the defense isn’t holding opponents to the 50s/60s like we have in the past. Feels great to win a close one after losing so many similar games!
