Lee Lewis Construction, Inc., as the Construction Manager at Risk invites you to bid on the - Anna ISD - Indoor Multi-Purpose Activity Center - project and is requesting Subcontractor bids for award of work on all bid packages. A new 61,300 sqft pre-engineered metal building, including but not limited to - Concrete, Paint, Drywall, Masonry, HVAC, HVAC Controls, Plumbing, Electrical, Media Systems, Athletic Equipment, Athletic Surfacing, Specialties, & Flooring. This building will act as a catalyst for training and preparation for all athletic and fine arts activities at Anna High School. The 61,300 SF facility houses a sixty yard field, with end-zone allowing for endless learning opportunities. This is accompanied by multiple support spaces such as a 4,000 SF weight room, multi-purpose room, coaching offices and locker rooms. The activity center will provide room to expand for the growing district and create more opportunity for students to develop their skills.
