Make a SMS text thread with your closest Tech buddies. Use That thread to say dumb emotional shit and get it out of your system, and then come here after the game is settled and the smoke has cleared and post constructive criticism or praise.
Look I do it too, I get emotional and say shit I should not - but I try to keep it limited to said SMS thread. I use that SMS thread as a way for me and my buddies to get our emotions out - and (hopefully) save the more rational stuff for this place. It's a better look for all of us.
TLDR; we need to stop making us all look like fools posting like teenage girls here when you are upset in the moment. Feel free to remind me if I do the same.
