Advice needed: Midwest trip with Family

Wife wanted to go see her brother….In Grand Forks, ND. Sooo, I decided to plan a long Mid-west trip from Ft. Worth to Memphis(1-day), Memphis to Lexington, Kentucky(2-days, 1 for myself bourbon trail) to Chicago(3-days) and then to Minneapolis to Grand Forks.

Any recommendations for must do’s, must eats or any stops along the way would be very appreciative. I’ll have my 7-year old and my 10-year old daughter with us, so keep that in mind, besides 1day in Kentucky, lol.
