Nothing is going to likely replace my Chemex.
But sometimes recently, I wake up early in the AM and want a cup of caffeine made quietly so as to not wake the others. When they wake, I'll make my chemex coffee.
Looks like keurig makes decent and varied coffee/tea/etc, but Nespresso makes excellent coffee and espresso. I'm leaning towards Nespresso. Not sold on any model, but was thinking more along the lines of these two...
