Anyone on here have any experience or know anyone who does?
Basically we are looking at a property to buy for a restaurant on a half acre lot in San Antonio because leasing in the area that i want isnt producing any results we think are worth it. Its gorgeous with Oak trees and landscaping potential and space for parking blah blah blah
The issue is that it is right next to a dog kennel and its three hundred feet of adjacent space and we obviously want to utilize the outside for plenty of patio type seating
it seems to be something not a lot of people I have talked to know much about and we obviously dont want to purchase the property thinking that something might work.
any of you engineers or contractors or architects know of any possible solutions that are economically viable?
