A story that is growing: Bill Snyder holding KSU Hostage

Been discussed here before, but it was mentioned this morning on Sirius College Sports (CH 84). Apparently, the Wizard will only step down as HC if KSU names his son as the next HC. Was mentioned this morning that Bret Bielema was interested in the KSU job, but Bill Snyder was adamant about having his son follow him at KSU.

So, if you are Kansas State, do you fire the Wizzard? Let him hold you hostage? Hire his son? What do you do?
