The Pat Mahomes threads are an improvement over the normal threads on here about QBs so I am enjoying the sunshine RRS period and hope that it extends into the next week after a win over Arkansas.

The "Is Pat..." thread made me think about how much the position has changed at Tech. For instance, the previous era or Spike era was marked by 3 career QBs:

Tolliver 1985-88
6,756 passing 38 TDs 40 Ints -281 rushing 6 TDs

Hall 1990-93
7,908 passing 48 TDs 30 Ints 581 rushing 17 TDs

Lethridge 1994-97
6,789 passing 42 TDs 22 Ints 901 rushing 29 TDs

Bowl Game stats weren't included in career numbers during this time period but Tolliver played in one bowl, Hall played in one bowl and Lethridge played in three and was the only one to win one.

I love that we are returning to dual-threat and as exciting as I thought that generation of Tech QBs were and the 2000s Air-Raid QBs were, this appears to be the beginnings of an even more exciting brand of Tech Offense.
