I just got off the phone with Tyron Johnson's dad, Tyrone. They are currently on the road, and he didn't have a lot of time to talk, but I came away with a little info from our brief conversation.
Basically, all options are on the table, including Texas Tech and Oklahoma State -- I specifically asked about those two programs. Tyrone told me that they will be having an extensive conversation when they get home tonight about everything, and I'm set up to call him back in the morning.
He also confirmed that finding a team with a more "wide-open" offense is a top priority and a decision will be made within the next week.
I recognize that's not just a whole ton of info at the moment, but hopefully we will have more to bring you in the morning.
