Heard this via a few avenues and now confirmed with the player...
LHP Hudson Luce, who I had believed was a roster cut last fall, in fact never left and was granted a medical redshirt, similar to what happened with Travis Sanders and Jack Washburn.
He will be back for this team in the fall, a funky lefty who sat in the mid-90s during the fall before the injury. I would presume he will get quite a few looks as a major bullpen option for the 2024 squad.
