Is how this season will end. We win this Saturday at home; we have yet to score less than 52 at home and despite our defensive woes, I don't see KSU keeping pace with us. We are sure to get at least 1-2 turnovers on defense. The Texas game appears to be a long shot and given how we've played on the road I can't realistically predict a win for us in that game. I think we have a great shot at a bowl win, Kliff has shown that when he has time to prepare (ASU) we can get it done. Some time off will also work wonders for a team that has faced an extremely daunting schedule thus far.
I predicted 7-6 before this season, and at the time I would have considered that to be a huge step up from last season. I still think 7-6 is a respectable turnaround, and given how close we played some of the tougher teams on our schedule, it's a positive sign for the future of our program.
