Giannis is just the most obvious and immediate option since rumors are already swirling. And if they do go after Giannis then yea Giannis-Sengun wont work.

But Sengun is the only one that you know for a fact is an all star guy and who knows, he might be a great fit with the option they do eventually strike on.

Houston will be the top option on virtually all star names that come up unless OKC changes their roster building philosophy.

Yeah. I don’t think they’d move off Sengun lightly, but I think he tops out as a #15-25 player in the NBA (and I love him). Can he be the best player on a championship team? Probably not.

We need a top 5 player. I’m not sure that player is on this roster, and I’m not sure Giannis is still that guy. Just have to stay patient.
