In addition to the five (5) junior college pitching signees Tech signed 10 high school pitchers back in November (possibly 11 pitchers if you include Hunter Dobbins who signed as a third baseman). Here's how the high school signees and their Rawlings Perfect Game ratings:

Jack Sellinger (LHP) (6'2" 200) - (3rd rated player in Nevada/1st rated LHP)
Micah Dallas (RHP) (6'2" 207) - (34th rated player in Texas/22nd rated RHP)
Cade Farr (LHP) (6'6" 190) - (78th rated player in Texas/7th rated LHP)
Gabe Castillo (RHP) (6'0" 190) - (105th rated player in Texas/52nd rated RHP)
Taylor Pendley (LHP) (6'1" 188) (115th rated player in Texas/14th rated LHP) - Howard JC
Connor Denham (RHP) (6'4" 175) - (118th rated player in Texas/56th rated RHP)
Noah Huerta (LHP) (6'0" 175) - (138th rated player in Texas/17th rated LHP)
Jaden Fowler (RHP) (6'1" 187) - (139th rated player in Texas/63rd rated RHP)
Trey Garlett (RHP) (6'2" 175) -(150th rated player in Texas/67th rated RHP)
Based on ratings alone you would expect to see something from Montgomery, Sellinger and Micah Dallas. There was discussion about all three of these players getting drafted in the top 10 rounds. Players rated lower than Montgomery got drafted (and signed) in the 4th round of the draft. Outside of these top 3 it will be anyone's guess who amongst the rest of these pitchers will show something. Note that Taylor Pendley who was originally listed as a Texas Tech signee is no longer shown as having as being a Texas Tech commitment on the Perfect game website.
