So I was up early this morning with my toddler and decided to re-watch the first half of the TCU game. I came away pretty impressed with the way we competed despite the 3 back-breaking turnovers and the phantom PI call on Nelson on their 4th down punt fake. We went into the locker room only down 17, but our defense seemed like it was starting to gain some momentum. It sounds crazy saying all that because I know what happened in the 2nd half. Basically the conclusion that I realized is that TCU isn't that much better than we are. They got a lot of questionable calls that went their way and the ball bounced their way multiple times. I'm extremely pumped about them coming to Lubbock this year and I really feel like we can and will beat them.
