SUMMARY: Texas Tech softball continues a historic pace as they have already acheived the best start to Big 12 play in school history and are very much on track to win the most conference games ever and perhaps the most total games ever as well. NiJa Canady was NiJa Canady in the circle this week winning Big 12 Pitcher of the Week allowing 0 ER across 14 innings and two wins over Baylor on the road.......and the offense put up 21 runs to outscore Baylor 21-1 on the weekend. Next up? BIG TIME SEC/BIG 12 matchup as Tech heads to Columbia, S.C. to take on No. 10 South Carolina this weekend in a rare mid-conference non-con battle.
THIS IS MARCH! The Lady Raiders hot end to the season earned them a bid into the WBIT and a chance to maybe capture the potential we all saw in this group when it was put together in offseason. It starts with at tough out AT Wyoming on Thursday, we preview that and what's ahead there after should they win.
