Woman Sued over racist tirade against Indian American

Dr. Bidisha Riudra is sueing Emeralda Upton. They both own homes in Plano per my search. Upton home is worth 967K so there is more than a turnip to sue there. Dr. Bidisha is not poor. Her home is worth 722k. She was wealthy enough to hire a lawyer and Upton was wealthy enough to sue. Interesting to see how this comes out. The lawyers may end up getting richer than their clients.
