I thought I would have seen a thread about this already due to tcu, tamu, and ut getting called out for poorly developing 4 stars:

From 4-star to NFL Draft – Bottom 10
TEAM4-STARS SIGNED4-STARS DRAFTED% DRAFTED
Nebraska6734.5%
Tennessee105109.5%
Michigan State5259.6%
Texas1461711.6%
Rutgers24312.5%
Texas A&M1001313.0%
Oregon871213.8%
TCU36513.9%
Maryland36513.9%
Missouri28414.3%

For me though the most interesting part was Joey being on staff at Baylor when they were able to take what Briles had started, which was getting some guys drafted who were being found out to be more system players than Tech ever was e.g. Corey Coleman. The data is from the last 11 years per the article I have posted below. This has me more excited that some of what appears to be taking shape on the recruiting trail will be for real.
