Valiant fight by those who opposed this action. As far as I can tell, there is no information avaliable with respect to what's planned in that location since the student housing permit was declined.
Personally, I hate to see it...these places are historic and it feels like we're too willing to sell our legacy in favor of a new Starbucks. I guess that's progress.
