SIAP: Has the conference scheduled the in-conference schedule for the 2024 season?

I have a funny feeling (unfunny feeling actually), that some teams (read Ok St, Utah, Arizona and maybe WVU and TCU) will be the beneficiary of easier schedules than the rest of us. I don't tend to be a conspiracy freak, but I also know the conference wants as many top 25 teams as possible, and I suspect the conference offices see Tech somewhere between 5th and 7th best teams.
