Had a buddy mention Paul Mills at ORU to me earlier as someone who might be worth taking a look at. He spent 14 seasons under Drew at Baylor and took over ORU in 2017. Struggled the first two seasons only winning 11 games in each season. But since then has progressively gotten better winning 17 games, 18 games (sweet 16), 19 games last season and is 27-4 this season.
Don’t know anything about his style of play. Honestly the only things I really know about him is that he has deep connections to both Texas universities on the brazos, coached Obanor and has been successful at ORU.
