Paris Rec’s needed

Traveling to Israel and Jordan and we have a 24 hour layover in Paris.

For those who have been, if you landed at 11:00am and had the rest of the day to spend in Paris before flying out the next day at noon, where would you stay and what would you do.

Prefer Marriott or Hilton as I have status.
