Need some advice Lubbock folks. My yard is being ruined due to the constant wind storms and construction near my house. The developer, Thomas Payne, will eventually put up houses behind me but at this rate it will take a decade for them to finish the neighborhood. The developer used to have a wind blocking barrier all behind my yard that really helped but they took it down and dirt is piling up everywhere. Last summer we spent thousands of dollars and a ton of time fixing it. Anyone know who I can call to put pressure on the developer to fix this? Is there someone who works for the city who can help? Getting desperate and any sound advice is appreciated.
