I live in DC and my neighbor is an Oregon grad so I’m bringing him out to Raiderland this weekend for his first visit to West Texas. We met thru our son’s local Boy Scout Troop and we both are very active in outdoor adventures. He’s never been to Palo Duro Canyon so I thought I’d bring him up Friday morning. Yes, we’ve checked the temperatures for Friday so we’re going to get an early start. It’s been 20 years since I’ve been to PD Canyon. Would welcome input for how we can be spend our day to get the best experience of the Canyon. Thanks in advance!
