To put our cat down. He was incredibly friendly and sweet, the sort of cat that was almost more like a dog. My wife found him when we were dating and he’s been with us throughout our marriage.
We only had him for about 6 years, he was only 7 years old but had a growth on his stomach that would’ve required removal of most of it, making his quality of life terrible. We’re incredibly heartbroken that he didn’t make it longer. We had visions of him being with us when our future children born.
He was already in a ton of pain and I know we made the right choice, but damnit this is way harder than i anticipated.
