Good afternoon RRS, was going to see if anyone in the Lubbock Area is tied into hiring, or someone could get a resume to someone who handles hiring. Over the last 3 months my wife has been trying to gain employment in some kind of field related to her new degree in Business Administration. She has applied with countless companies here in Lubbock; such as TTU, City Bank, UMC, Betenbough, and other small owned businesses. Just trying to get her foot in the door towards a new career. The biggest reason why she isn’t getting the time of day is due to “lack of experience”. Over the last 15 years she has been a hair stylist, she has been a Manager at every stop she has made within the Great Clips Co, but that isn’t enough relevant experience to most of places she has applied. So if any of you all have suggestions or have a way to help just get a interview in any related kinda office work would you please let me know. She is just looking for a opportunity to show what she is made of. Thank you all in advance.
