OT: Boot Conditioner/Cleaning Kits?

I have a pair of Tecova’s that I’ve had for about 6 months and want to give them some TLC.

Tecova has a cleaning kit for around $75, but figured that might be overpriced - does anyone have any insight/suggestions? Also any tips in the process will also be appreciated.

Also - where the **** are our MBB AC’s?!
