Not sure if this has been posted or not but Tennessee just won a preliminary injunction against the NCAA against their attempt to punish Tennessee over their NIL dealings with that QB whose name I can’t remember.
Effectively it states that the NIL rules governing contact between high school and portal players with NIL boosters or collectives or otherwise are moot.
NCAA is dead man. Something needs to happen fast with a governing body or it’s about to get really out of control.
